LPAD Micro Community Centers and Micro Retail

This is similar to some things within my platform

L. PAD Micro Community Centers for on/off day learning centers with internet access to link with classes in smaller spaces to divide the student body up to provide options for better social distancing and options for parental choice.

These are localized in empty retail spaces near neighborhood and bus stops

"Launch Pad" - education and tutoring And "Landing Pad" for after-school childcare and tutoring for homework and activities These centers as well are community neighborhood level (precinct level) spaces that bring "Community in Unison" for social activities and would continue after the threat of CoVID19 has past to help support failing small businesses and struggling strip malls to drive more traffic to these more centralized social centers for predictable and consistent new traffic to help leasing and investment.
